Team Parent Representatives


Each Team is encouraged to have a Team Parent Representative (required in order to receive grant), which will serve as a liaison between the Coach, the Team, and the Boosters.

Duties include:

• Attend All Boosters monthly meetings
• Actively encourage other team parents to join the Boosters, it will help when the team is requesting a grant
• Communicate Boosters activities to team members, Coach and Parents
• Coordinate, encourage support for team Fundraising activities and Concession volunteer schedule
• Coordinate with Banquet Chair Team Banquet info
• Present any grant/funding requests to the Boosters
• Oversee the spending of the Team Parent Account money
